#104 1957 Chevrolet 210
|
Vehicle Description:
This
is a Great example of an Icon 1957 210 Chevy 4 door. It is 99% all original.
I've driven the car about 2500 miles in the past couple years and had no
mechanical problems. The Surprisingly powerful 235 6 cylinder
runs very well. The 3 speed transmision shifts like new. Brakes work
good, rebuilt master cylinder, all brake drums were inspected they look like
new, shoes are in good shape. All wheel cylinder bleeders are free if
ever need to be worked on. Some new brake line had to be installed. The
car handles very good it shows 85,499 on speedometer. And is believe to be
correct. The starter and generator were inspected when painted and are in
excellent shape, All electrical works good blinkers, tail lights, brake lights,
headlights hi and low ect.. The fuel sending unit needs to be replaced.
New exhaust from exhaust manifold to new muffler, not tail pipe.
Carburator rebuilt recently, New battery, New spark plugs points cap and
rotor. Cooling systems flushed recently, recent oil change and lube, all
zerts took grease and are nice and tight. New idle arm bushings steerings
tight, all window cranks work like new, Heater works great. The car needs some
floor work and rocker panels, thats why the carpet was not installed. Drivers
window will need to be replaced, it's got some cracks in it. Interior is
original. Drive it any where its is fun to drive, easy on gas and very
dependable. I drove it in the parade over in Devils Lake, ND this summer and
will drive it over to Minot sale. Be sure to use lead additive in
unleaded gas.
And Good luck to all bidders only one can be the proud
new owner of this1957 chevy car.
